Nourishing Kitchen Lab was born from a simple observation: many home cooks feel disconnected from their food. Elena brings twenty years of experience in traditional Mediterranean cooking and food education. A native of Thessaloniki, she trained in classical culinary arts and has spent the last decade developing innovative teaching methods that make whole foods cooking accessible to everyone.
